2018 is here, and I have decided to write down my 18 new years resolutions! I feel like there is more power to it when you write your resolutions and goals down (either on paper or on your laptop). So here we go…
Get fit & healthy again
This year, I want to reach my usual weight again. I gained some weight last year (mostly due to stress and over-eating), and I finally want to stop that. In 2018, I am going to eat more healthy and work out as much as I used to when I was 18 and really athletic. This is the number one goal on my list for the next year!
I want to eat vegan as often as I can! If you are interested in becoming vegan or vegetarian, I would recommend the documentaries Cowspiracy and Forks over Knives!! And even if you aren’t, it’s never bad to get more educated on different kinds of topics, so go watch them!
Meet my friends from Halifax
I would love to meet up with some of my friends from Halifax in Europe! I miss them already, and I want to take the time to see them again & catch up with them.
Stop binge eating
I always over-eat when I am stressed, which can happen quite easily. I want to leave that behing in 2017, and I also want to stop stressing so much.
After 5 months full of traveling, I want to earn some money with promotion jobs and my internship in summer, which I will probably tell you more about in a different blog post!

I have never been there, and since it is so close I really want to go there in 2018!
Improve my French
I want to improve my French again. I’ve had it for 4 years in high school, and I don’t want to forget what I have learned! So, I want to watch french movies and read a french book this year.
Saying „Yes“ to new experiences
I want to get out of my comfort zone more. I am a person, who loves security and I tend to stick to the things that I know… This year, I want to change that!
Achieve something for my dream career
I want to focus on my goals and my career, and see where the future might take me.
Stand behind what I believe in

They have inspired me so incredibly much, and they are only 10 to 13 minutes long, which is nothing compared to the time your whole day has! Trust me, they are worth watching..
